Sarah graduated with her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado, Denver in 2022. She is Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) whose theoretical foundations lie in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and other cognitive behavioral approaches. Sarah specializes in treating difficulties with emotional regulation, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief and loss, stress, anxiety, trauma and PTSD. Sarah is committed to providing a non-judgmental, culturally responsive space for individuals and couples who want to build stronger connections to themselves and others. Her style of therapy is flexible and collaborative with an emphasis on meeting clients wherever they are on their journey with compassion and curiosity. As a therapist, Sarah strives to provide culturally sensitive interventions to help clients feel supported in taking risks, being authentic, and ultimately living the life they’re wanting to live.
